A seminar consists of three meditations and a lecture with specific topic. The work is energetically supported by the Ascended Masters.

2. LIVING ON PRANA
    These seminars will be held on: 17 February 2001; 16 June 2001 from
    3:00 - 8:00 p.m.
    They provide the instructions on how to prepare for and pass through the 21-day process
    of  body conversion to living on prana. The guide of the seminar also shares his own
    experiences as well as the experiences of other people from all over the world, who have
    passed through the process and who he has been in contact with.
