Produced quarterly, all the main articles from each newsletter are posted into the relevant sections throughout the site. Each new issue will be available for PDF download in each new season so that C.I.A. participants can easily access the latest articles without having to search through the site to access what is new.All articles from back-issues have been incorporated into the C.I.A. The ELRAANIS Voice is an international community newsletter that has no religious affiliation. It is a voice to INFORM, INSPIRE and ILLUMINATE. It is dedicated to the discovery, promotion and implementation of brilliance. We seek to present information that inspires individuals to create a model of existence that allows all to live their life to their highest maximum potential; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. A model that honours all life forms and the planet. We seek also to provide information that is inspiring and is a catalyst for positive personal and planetary transformation; and to inform of positive change and brilliant services, products and programs within the business, social, political, economic and educational structures.

Explanation of the name ELRAANIS - pronounced ELRA-ANIS - ‘EL’ anchors the creative energies of the Elohim. ‘RA’ the passion and creative fire of Helios. ‘AN’ the Goddess energy of the female ascended masters to balance the current patriarchal energies of the old system on the planet. ‘IS’ anchors the All That Is, the ‘so be it’ energy.
