Basic Biofield Science is about environmental field control on an inner and outer level. We obviously need to find work we love or be prepared for numerous career changes if we are working for so long. Thankfully when we have created Four Body Fitness we can enjoy quality and quantity living. THE LUSCIOUS LIFESTYLES PROGRAM - L.L.P. - in detail 1. Meditation : Meditation is a formal shutting down of the senses receiving external stimuli. This means making time to shut down the normal activities of life so that it is possible to move from the doer to being the watcher, and what is initially being watched is your thoughts. As you observe your thoughts the absurdity of the random process becomes obvious and you tend to start exercising control. Just observing alters the thinking process. Generally recommended is twenty minutes in the morning and twenty minutes in the evening, of meditation, with the use of a mantra. This is ten times more effective than forty minutes meditation done once a day. Meditation can be extended into normal waking activity by exercising awareness over some aspect of life, while everything is going on around you. For example, focusing on the gap on between our breathing. Being aware of that, while paying attention to the rest of the world, moves you into the meditative state of perceiving your life as a play and you being an actor, an ideal level of detachment. 2. Prayer : Prayer is the communication with your higher orders, communication with your soul and with your Divine Essence. Prayer, ideally, is not of a dogmatic structured form, but is conversational, as if you were speaking to your best friend, which you are. The power of prayer has been established scientifically in the United States of America, studies having been done in an intensive care unit in a hospital. Half of the patients in intensive care were prayed for and the others were not. The patients did not know they were being prayed for, but the results were quite remarkable. The half being prayed for had dramatic improvement in their health, compared to the other half who were not being prayed for. Interestingly, various religiousgroups were used to do the prayers - Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, etc, and all produced similar results. 3. Programming : The two aspects of programming are de-programming and re-programming. As far as de-programming is concerned, it is important to review your belief systems. In a journal write down the following headings: Love, Health, Wealth, Passion and Purpose, Relationships with Family and Friends. Under each heading write down your belief system. Write down what it is you feel. If it’s a negative belief then write it down negatively. As soon as you have accurately recorded your beliefs under each heading then go back and re-write the negatives in a positive manner, the universe not recognizing negative statements. Then have a look at these belief systems and assess whether these beliefs make you a limited person or a limitless person, and if they make you limited, consider altering them. As far as re-programming is concerned the technique of evolving and developing a bio-shield, an energetic sphere around yourself, which is charged with your desires, offers the benefit of acting as a field of selectivity as far as what emanations are allowed to enter into your field, and also as a neon sign to the universe, telling the powers that be what it is that you desire. (see TOOL 11 www.jasmuheen.com/how.asp#dowrecipe) 4. Vegetarian Diet : The arguments in favour of a vegetarian diet fall mainly under three categories. a) Health. In 1969 the American Medical Association issued a report saying 90% of heart disease would disappear with the adoption of a vegetarian diet. While 20 or 30 years ago a vegetarian diet was considered very unusual, now most health practitioners recommend it, and agree that is a more healthy choice of food intake. b) Sensitivity. Most esoteric students are wishing to match their frequency with the frequency of the higher orders of themselves, to be able to have the experience of the Divine communicating directly with their personality. Of course, this frequency match is a matter of some subtlety and refinement and the adoption of a vegetarian diet is a great assistance in this regard. c) Resource Sustainability. At the moment with 6 billion people there is enough food on planet earth to feed everyone, if it was being correctly distributed. The population experts say that when a country reaches a certain level of economic development, the birth rate levels off and then falls. So the projections are now for a maximum earth population of 9-11 billion people in the year 2050 even if all the food was being correctly distributed at that time, there would still not be enough to feed this number, unless earth is a vegetarian planet. The production of meat consumes 20 times the resources required for the production of either grain or cereal. 5. Exercise : Everyone knows they should exercise. Most people don’t. Why is it that? It’s because we don’t like exercise. So the first intelligent thing to do regarding a regular exercise program, is to find an exercise that you do like. Some people say they hate exercising, but love dancing. Any form of physical activity can be turned into exercise if done rigorously. So, first, find out what it is that you like. Second, try it for long enough for your body to inform you of how much it likes it. Be gentle with yourself when you start and you will find that this is a self-completing prophecy. Your body will take you to exercise each day as it receives the benefit of you going there. The only other comment on exercise is that some form of weight resistance is advisable, either Yoga, lifting weights, etc. since only this form of exercise builds skeleton. 6. Service : The service we speak of is not one where the giver looks for a benefit. Selfless service means giving anonymously, or giving in such a way that there is no thought of personal reward. This is unusual in the west where everyone looks for a benefit for themselves, but this is the service to which we refer. Positive karma is just as binding to the earth planes as negative karma, both being an imbalance in the energy field. However, giving selflessly, for example, anonymously making contributions on a monthly debit from a bank account to a charity, or giving time if there is not money to give, is a benefit that helps sensitize and upgrade the individual. 7. Time in Silence with Nature : Silence is very rare in the modern world. By silence in this sense we do not mean soundlessness, we mean finding the silence within. The silence within that accommodates the angelic choirs, the most exquisite perfumes, the interior silence. Spending time in silence in nature allows you to appreciate the beauty of creation and become very environmentally aware. 8. Chanting and the use of Mantras and Devotional Songs : All the world’s indigenous people use chanting and mantras, or sing devotional songs. The reason is that the use of devotional songs is a direct connection to the spiritual source to which the song is directed. Particularly the use of traditional mantras, which are sayings in Sanskrit, the oldest surviving language, come with a 5,000 year pedigree, and a continuing stream of usage that can be tapped into very effectively. Many people are already doing some of the 8 points suggested in this lifestyle program. However, the Masters advise that it is the combination of all 8 points that is the magic formula, and the combination of these procedures bring extraordinary benefits of grace, synchronicity, and the magic of alignment with Divine timing. Many people say: 'Yes, I agree with all you say, but I don’t have the discipline.' This is a common complaint shared by many individuals who feel that they can’t priorities their own individual interests in advance of the other seemingly more pressing issues in life. The answer is understanding that you do not need to have enormous discipline to be able to maintain this lifestyle and achieve these results. All you need to do is to follow the program each day for 21 days in a row, and on the twenty-second day you have formed a new habit. A fact of physical life on earth is that in 21 days of doing any one activity then on the twenty-second day it is easier to do that than not do that. You have either acquired or deleted a new or old habit. This is very comforting since it means that all you have to do is follow the practice for 21 days and then it will guide itself. Research conducted by Peace Ambassador Jasmuheen over some 44 years has found that a way to have our presence nourish our world is by increasing our Chi flow. Spending Time is a resource that is controllable, a resource that determines our frequency.
